3+ years in the making, our “Farmers Market on Wheels” made its grand debut at the 2023 LA Auto Show!
This was a BIG moment for us, especially considering that in 2020 Prosperity Market was just an idea that didn’t even have a name. We didn’t have vendors, money, or a clue, but lucky for us we had enough vision and naïveté to jump in the deep end.
You might know Prosperity Market from our pop-up farmers markets, but our goal from day one has always been to put the farmers market on wheels. Without losing sight of our mobile farmers market, we hosted a series of farmers markets throughout LA and built a strong roster of 60+ black farmers, food producers, chefs, and artisans.
