Living in South Central since 2009, I found myself driving at least 5 miles to other neighborhoods to enjoy French desserts with my daughter. I've worked as a professional chef since 2016, and finally decided to create the space that I longed to see in my community. I started out offering select products at weekly farmers markets and received overwhelming requests from customers to open up a store. In 2022 I opened my first brick & mortar in Inglewood and have recently relocated to my new location in Ladera Heights.
